Quench your thirst with this DIY Home Hangover Recipe!

DIY Hangover Recovery Recipe:

ALL YOU NEED IS

  • A glass of water
  • Salt - 1/2 a teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1/2 to 1 full teaspoon

  • A spoon, knife or straw to mix it

This cursed salty/sweet water will help you replenish some of those lost minerals and bring up your slumped energy levels.

Then we suggest you snack on:

a banana (Potassium)

Avocado (Magnesium)

and some yoghurt or cheese to bounce back quicker.
