Quench your thirst with this Home Hydration Recipe!

Instead of guzzling some Sloosh with water (unlucky you if you don't have one already), we decided to be kind & give you a fire home recipe.

It is simple enough to even make, if you wake up in one of your "friend's" dodgy digs.

ALL YOU NEED IS

  • A glass of water
  • Salt - 1/2 a teaspoon
  • Sugar - 1/2 to 1 full teaspoon
  • The ability to down this without gagging (We promise it is worth it) 
  • A spoon, knife or straw to mix it

This cursed salty/sweet water will help you replenish some of those lost minerals and bring up your slumped energy levels.

Then we suggest you snack on a banana (Potassium), Avocado (Magnesium) and some yoghurt or cheese to bounce back quicker.
