The Lowdown: We know that when you need SLOOSH™, you usually need it yesterday. We work around the clock to get your survival kits out the door as fast as humanly possible.

1. Shipping Timelines

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Delivery Time: Once dispatched, your recovery kit will typically arrive within 3–5 working days.

  • Main Centers: If you’re in a major hub like Durban, Joburg, or Cape Town, you might even see us sooner!

  • Outlying Areas: For our friends in more remote spots, please allow the full 5-day window for our couriers to reach you.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: R80 nationwide.

  • Free Shipping: Spend over R450 and the shipping is on us!

3. Tracking Your Resurrection

The moment your order leaves us, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your sachet's journey from our door to yours in real-time.

4. Local Stockists (The "I Need It Now" Option)

Can’t wait 3 days? Check our STOCKISTS MAP to find a retail "Rescue Station" near you in KZN, the Garden Route, or the Eastern Cape.

5. P.O. Boxes & Farms

Our couriers provide a door-to-door service, so we require a physical street address. We unfortunately cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or extremely remote farm locations without a prior arrangement.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives looking like it’s had a worse night than you (damaged or tampered with), please take a photo and contact us at sales@sloosh.co.za immediately. We’ll make it right.
